The Member Portal is www.myarkansasrewards.com and it is your personal gateway to the MyArkansas Rewards program. Once you sign in using your secure Password and User Name you may earn points by entering Codes, view and change your profile, review your earning and redemption history, select redemption items and respond to exclusive offers. We encourage you to visit the Member Portal frequently, as new earning and redeeming opportunities are constantly appearing.
Visit the Member Portal at www.myarkansasrewards.com and enter your secure Password and User Name in the fields located in the upper left of the page. If you have forgotten your Password, simply select “Forgot Password,” follow the directions and a new Password will be promptly emailed to you.
Pending Points are earned MyArkansas Rewards Points that have been reported to us, but are not yet available for redemption. Typically, Points earned from shopping at participating retailers will appear as pending for up to 60 days, depending on the retailers return policy. After this period, the MyArkansas Rewards Points are added to your active point total and can be used for redemptions.
Reserved Points are those points a member has allocated to redeeming a reward, such as a station store item or a sweepstakes. Reserved Points will be removed and placed in Redeemed Points once the redemption item has been verified as available or the sweepstakes has closed. Reserved Points allow members to see what redemptions they have outstanding.
MyArkansas Rewards has implemented a set of security precautions to ensure that your Password and User Name remain secure. Your Password is stored in an encrypted format within our system, and you are the only one who knows your Password. It is never displayed on the Member Portal or to MyArkansas Rewards personnel; even you can't see your password. If you suspect that someone other than yourself has accessed your account we suggest you change your password and/or email address in your account and notify support@myarkansasrewards.com.
Sign in to your account on the Member Portal, then select “Account” from the navigation menu on the left side of your screen. You may change your Password, User Name, Email or Screen Name by first entering your current password in the field at the top then typing your revised information and selecting “Change”. Your revised User Name and/or Password will then be in effect. When you change your email you will receive a notification email to your new email address with an activation link. In order to take full advantage of your MyArkansas Rewards membership, you should visit the site periodically for information about your MyArkansas Rewards account, new contributing companies, special offers, relevant news and updated content.
Members can earn points through a variety of activities, for example:
First, you must be a MyArkansas Rewards member to redeem your codes. If you are not a member already, simply register at MyArkansas Rewards. If you have an account, visit the Member Portal to sign in. At the top left of the home page you will see the code entry field labeled “Enter Code to Earn Points”. Type your code into the field and select “Enter”. Your account will automatically be credited with the point value of the code you entered. Keep in mind, MyArkansas Rewards Codes aired on KARK/KARZ TV are valid for a limited period following the end of the program during which they are aired. Members may enter each Code once. Codes earned through Certificate Grants are valid for several days but we suggest that members enter them as soon as possible, as Grant Certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

The amount of time required to deposit points to your account following a point earning event depends on the type of earning event and the retail partner, if any.
Your MyArkansas Rewards Points last as long as you are an active member, which requires at least one point earning or one point redemption activity in any 12 month period. MyArkansas Rewards Points in inactive accounts will be forfeited. If your account has become inactive please email support@myarkansasrewards.com to explore your reactivation options.
Certificate Grants are physical certificates with a fixed MyArkansas Rewards Point value that retailers may give to MyArkansas Rewards members in exchange for a given action without requiring an online or registered card transaction. For example, a car dealer may use Certificate Grants to thank people for taking a test drive. Certificate Grants contain a unique Certificate Code in their lower right corner that members type into the code entry field after signing in to the Member Portal to receive their points. Please note, we encourage members to enter their Certificate Codes as soon as possible after receiving them because Certificate Grants are valid for a limited time after release and can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Simply shop and your MyArkansas Rewards Points will appear first as Pending Points in your account within 20 business days.

Sign in to your account through the Member Portal, then click Redeem Points from the left navigation menu or select from one of the items on the home page. Redemption options are divided between Gift Cards, Station Store and Sweepstakes within the left navigation menu. Browse through the rewards until you find one that you want then select “Add to cart” or “Purchase”. When you have finished selecting all of the items, you can view your Shopping Cart by clicking on 'View cart' under the Shopping Cart Summary on the right side of the page. Follow the steps to complete your order. On the last step, click “Submit order” and your Points for this order will be deducted from your Point balance and moved into Reserved points. Once your items have shipped or the sweepstakes or other redemption option you have selected is complete, your Reserved Points will move to Posted Transactions.

At any given time MyArkansas Rewards is running up to 20 sweepstakes for items as diverse as $25 gift cards, iPods, flat screen televisions and family trips. To enter a Sweepstakes, you must submit the required number of Points as specified on the Sweepstakes page found in the left navigation menu. Once you enter a sweepstakes your Points will be shown as Reserved in your account. Once the sweepstakes drawing has been completed your points will be deducted from Reserved and added to Points Earned. The number of Points required for an entry will be determined separately for each Sweepstakes. An entry will not be valid unless all of the required fields of the online entry form are completed and the information is valid. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified. Members may complete as many sweepstakes entries as they have points to enter.
