1. What is the MyArkansas Rewards program?

KARK/KARZ TV formed the MyArkansas Rewards program along with an expanding group of local and national merchant partners to reward viewers for their loyalty. It functions much like an airline frequent flier program, but you don't have to leave Little Rock to benefit from participation. Simply watch the programming you already enjoy and shop with our retail partners and you will gain access to a wide variety of exciting rewards. MyArkansas Rewards members enjoy special opportunities throughout the year, including exclusive access to sporting events, television show tapings, concerts and other special events through limited entry sweepstakes. Members may also redeem their MyArkansas Rewards points for gift cards and merchandise from a broad collection of local and national retailers. 2. How does the MyArkansas Rewards program work?

MyArkansas Rewards is a free program that gives you access to exclusive opportunities to earn exciting rewards for watching programming you already enjoy and shopping with our local and national retail partners! There are numerous ways to earn MyArkansas Rewards Points including code entry, participating in surveys and questionnaires, shopping at participating merchants with your registered debit and credit cards or simply clicking through from the Member Portal to review exclusive offers. Your MyArkansas Rewards Points are redeemable for a variety of products, services and unique local experiences. Joining the program takes less than 2 minutes and participation is easy. There are many ways to win and even more ways to redeem MyArkansas Rewards Points.


3. What are the benefits of membership?

MyArkansas Rewards members enjoy many special local opportunities throughout the year, including exclusive access to sporting events, television show tapings, trips, concerts and other restricted access events through limited entry sweepstakes and outright point redemptions. Members may also redeem their MyArkansas Rewards Points for gift cards and merchandise from an expanding collection of local and national retailers.


4. Is a MyArkansas Rewards membership free?

Yes, MyArkansas Rewards is free! It costs nothing to join and participate in the program.


5. How do I become a member?

To sign up for MyArkansas Rewards, click on the “Join Now” link on the home page of our Member Portal. Complete the form and submit, and you will promptly receive a confirmation email from MyArkansas Rewards. Click on the link within this email and your registration will be complete and you will be ready to start earning!


6. How long does it take to become a member?

The online registration form contains a few simple questions and will take fewer than 2 minutes to complete.


7. How long will my membership last?

The MyArkansas Rewards Program is a perpetual program and your membership will remain valid and active as long as you carry out at least one earning or redemption activity every 12 months.


8. How do you protect my privacy?

MyArkansas Rewards does not share any of your personally identifiable information with our advertisers without your express consent. We will always ask if it is okay to share that information before doing so. We do not rent or sell your personally identifiable information. Third party MyArkansas Rewards authorized partners are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing information to MyArkansas Rewards. Eligibility

15. What are the requirements for joining MyArkansas Rewards?

You must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, live in the Little Rock area and provide correct enrollment information including your name, zip code, email address, gender and age. To complete enrollment, you must set up your account, which includes creating a User Name and Password. MyArkansas Rewards allows one membership per person and one account per email address. 16. Who is eligible for membership?

All U.S. residents age 18 years or older who live in the Little Rock area and share their complete and accurate enrollment information are eligible for membership.


17. What information do I need to share to become a member?

At a minimum, members must provide valid and accurate:

  • First and last name

  • Home address (local zip code)
  • Gender
  • Birthday


18. Do I need an email address to join MyArkansas Rewards?

Yes, email is the primary method that MyArkansas Rewards uses to communicate with its members. Without an email address you will be unable to register for MyArkansas Rewards.


19. Do I need any special software or downloads to participate in MyArkansas Rewards?

No special software or downloads are required to participate in MyArkansas Rewards. All you need is an Internet connection and a browser optimized for use with MyArkansas Rewards (see FAQ 19 below).


20. Which web browsers work best to access MyArkansas Rewards?

MyArkansas Rewards works well in a wide variety of web browsers, but your experience will be best when using the latest version of one of the following browsers:

21. Do I need to register a credit/debit card with MyArkansas Rewards?

No, members are not required to register any cards with MyArkansas Rewards. However, registering a credit or debit card makes earning points even easier. MyArkansas Rewards' Registered Card Program provides members with an easy-to-use, automated point-earning tool that is secure and private. The Registered Card Program allows MyArkansas Rewards to add the correct points to your account whenever and wherever you earn them without your lifting a finger. There are no ID cards to present or coupons to clip. MyArkansas Rewards will never charge your credit/debit card or share your information without your permission. Member Portal

22. What is the Member Portal and how do I use it?

The Member Portal is www.myarkansasrewards.com and it is your personal gateway to the MyArkansas Rewards program. Once you sign in using your secure Password and User Name you may earn points by entering Codes, view and change your profile, review your earning and redemption history, select redemption items and respond to exclusive offers. We encourage you to visit the Member Portal frequently, as new earning and redeeming opportunities are constantly appearing.


23. How do I sign in to my account?

Visit the Member Portal at www.myarkansasrewards.com and enter your secure Password and User Name in the fields located in the upper left of the page. If you have forgotten your Password, simply select “Forgot Password,” follow the directions and a new Password will be promptly emailed to you.


24. What are Pending Points?

Pending Points are earned MyArkansas Rewards Points that have been reported to us, but are not yet available for redemption. Typically, Points earned from shopping at participating retailers will appear as pending for up to 60 days, depending on the retailers return policy. After this period, the MyArkansas Rewards Points are added to your active point total and can be used for redemptions.


25. What are Reserved Points?

Reserved Points are those points a member has allocated to redeeming a reward, such as a station store item or a sweepstakes. Reserved Points will be removed and placed in Redeemed Points once the redemption item has been verified as available or the sweepstakes has closed. Reserved Points allow members to see what redemptions they have outstanding.


26. How do you ensure the safety of my password?

MyArkansas Rewards has implemented a set of security precautions to ensure that your Password and User Name remain secure. Your Password is stored in an encrypted format within our system, and you are the only one who knows your Password. It is never displayed on the Member Portal or to MyArkansas Rewards personnel; even you can't see your password. If you suspect that someone other than yourself has accessed your account we suggest you change your password and/or email address in your account and notify support@myarkansasrewards.com.


27. How do I change my User Name, Password or email address?

Sign in to your account on the Member Portal, then select “Account” from the navigation menu on the left side of your screen. You may change your Password, User Name, Email or Screen Name by first entering your current password in the field at the top then typing your revised information and selecting “Change”. Your revised User Name and/or Password will then be in effect. When you change your email you will receive a notification email to your new email address with an activation link. Please click on the link to verify your new email address.


28. How do I update my address or other profile information?

Sign in to your account on the Member Portal, then select “Profile” from the navigation bar on the left side of your screen. You may update your profile by typing your revised information and selecting “Update Profile” at the bottom of the Profile section. Your revised information will now appear in your member profile.


29. What do I do if I forgot my password or user name?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link that appears on the Member Portal. Enter your email address and User Name associated with your account if you remember both. If you can remember only your User Name or only your email address, enter it and click “Submit.” MyArkansas Rewards will then send you a Reset Password email containing a link. Click on the link within that email and you'll be taken to the Reset Password page. Create a new Password and you will be ready to continue using the Member Portal.


30. What kind of information will I receive in MyArkansas Rewards email updates?

Members receive three types of email from MyArkansas Rewards:

  • System Generated email includes your welcome email, password reset, etc. These are only sent when specific actions, such as new Password or User Name reminder are specifically requested. They are mandatory for all members.
  • Administrative email includes monthly statements, program changes and reminders. These are sent periodically and are mandatory for all members.
  • Marketing email is typically sent weekly. Members may opt out of these emails by visiting their “Profile” and un-selecting the Email Preference box at the base of the page.


31. How often will I receive email promotions from MyArkansas Rewards and its partners?

Promotional email may be received by members as often as daily, but more often weekly.


32. How do I opt out of marketing emails from MyArkansas Rewards?

Members may opt out of marketing emails from MyArkansas Rewards and our partners by visiting their “Profile” then un-selecting the Email Preference box at the bottom of the page.


33. Can I see a record of my past transactions?

Yes, you may review your account 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by signing in to your account through the Member Portal and selecting “Transaction History” at the lower left corner of your screen.


34. Will a hard copy of my account statement be mailed to me?

No, MyArkansas Rewards sends all monthly statement by email. Account balance and transaction details are also available 24 hours a day 7 days a week online through the Transaction Summary at the lower left of each page on the Member Portal.


35. How often is MyArkansas Rewards updated?

The MyArkansas Rewards website is updated on an ongoing basis. In order to take full advantage of your MyArkansas Rewards membership, you should visit the site periodically for information about your MyArkansas Rewards account, new contributing companies, special offers, relevant news and updated content.

Earning Points

36. How can I earn points?

Members can earn points through a variety of activities, for example:

  • Shopping with MyArkansas Rewards' retail partners online
  • Shopping with MyArkansas Rewards' retail partners using your registered debit and credit cards
  • Entering Promotional Codes shown on-air on KARK/KARZ TV in the Member Portal
  • Completing online surveys and answering fun trivia questions
  • Taking part in events where you receive a Certificate Grant for points you enter in the Member Portal
  • Participating in unique promotions received by email


37. How do I turn codes into points?

First, you must be a MyArkansas Rewards member to redeem your codes. If you are not a member already, simply register at MyArkansas Rewards. If you have an account, visit the Member Portal to sign in. At the top left of the home page you will see the code entry field labeled “Enter Code to Earn Points”. Type your code into the field and select “Enter”. Your account will automatically be credited with the point value of the code you entered. Keep in mind, MyArkansas Rewards Codes aired on KARK/KARZ TV are valid for a limited period following the end of the program during which they are aired. Members may enter each Code once. Codes earned through Certificate Grants are valid for several days but we suggest that members enter them as soon as possible, as Grant Certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.


38. How can I check my point balance?

Simply sign in to your account through the Member Portal and your points balance will appear in the “Point Summary” box under the left navigation menu. For more detailed account balance information select “Transaction History” at the bottom of the “Point Summary” box.


39. Who are the MyArkansas Rewards participating merchants?

MyArkansas Rewards has partnered with hundreds of local and national merchants including restaurants, florists, sporting goods stores and everything in between. We are constantly adding more retailers. For a complete up to date list of who our merchant partners are please select “Partners” from the left navigation menu.


40. How long does it take for points to be deposited to my account?

The amount of time required to deposit points to your account following a point earning event depends on the type of earning event and the retail partner, if any.

  • Code entry points are automatic and immediate. When you enter a valid code the system will immediately list your points as Active.
  • Certificate Grant Points are immediate. When you enter a valid grant code the system will immediately list your points as Active.
  • Survey and Trivia derived points are immediate. When you complete a valid survey or trivia the system will immediately list your points as Active.
  • Points earned through online shopping starting from MyArkansasRewards.com may take up to 20 business days to be deposited to your account. They will first appear as Pending Points and depending on the retailer will become Active points up to 90 days later.
  • Points earned through registered card shopping transactions may take up to 20 business days to be deposited to your account. They will first appear as Pending Points and depending on the retailer will become Active points up to 90 days later.


41. How long do my points last?

Your MyArkansas Rewards Points last as long as you are an active member, which requires at least one point earning or one point redemption activity in any 12 month period. MyArkansas Rewards Points in inactive accounts will be forfeited. If your account has become inactive please email support@myarkansasrewards.com to explore your reactivation options.


42. What are Certificate Grants?

Certificate Grants are physical certificates with a fixed MyArkansas Rewards Point value that retailers may give to MyArkansas Rewards members in exchange for a given action without requiring an online or registered card transaction. For example, a car dealer may use Certificate Grants to thank people for taking a test drive. Certificate Grants contain a unique Certificate Code in their lower right corner that members type into the code entry field after signing in to the Member Portal to receive their points. Please note, we encourage members to enter their Certificate Codes as soon as possible after receiving them because Certificate Grants are valid for a limited time after release and can not be replaced if lost or stolen.


43. What do I do if my point total is missing or incorrect for a transaction?

First, please allow up to 20 business days for points to appear in your account. If you have not received your points within 20 days please email support@myarkansasrewards.com and provide your User Name, retailer name, date of purchase and type in or attach copy of the receipt showing the merchant, amount of purchase (itemizing taxes & tip, if any), date and the specific method of payment including the last 4 digits of the registered card used.


44. Can I shop directly at a participating retailer's website using my registered card and still earn points?

No, members only earn points for online shopping at participating merchant websites by navigating there through the MyArkansas Rewards website. Please sign in to your MyArkansas Rewards account then select the retailer you wish to shop with. Once connected to the merchant website you may use it the same as if you had navigated directly there. There are no coupon codes or member numbers to enter. Simply shop and your MyArkansas Rewards Points will appear first as Pending Points in your account within 20 business days.


45. How can I make sure I get my MyArkansas Rewards Points when shopping online?

Always begin your shopping by signing in to your MyArkansas Rewards account. From there you may select any of our online partners through the “Partners” section and shop as though you had navigated directly there. There are no coupon codes or member numbers to enter. Simply shop and your MyArkansas Rewards Points will appear in your account up to 20 business days after your valid transaction.


46. I forgot to start my online shopping through MyArkansas Rewards and I made a purchase with a participating retailer. Can I get MyArkansas Rewards Points for my purchase?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to earn points for online purchases made at participating retailers for which you did not begin your shopping by signing in to your MyArkansas Rewards account and navigating to the retailer from MyArkansas Rewards. You may, however, return or cancel your purchase and make it through MyArkansas Rewards to earn points.


47. Will my membership or point earnings be indicated on participating retailers' bills?

No. Receipts from participating retailers will not differ from other receipts. They will not reflect your points earned or indicate your membership. When you review your account on the Member Portal, you will see your purchase first as Pending Points up to 20 days after your valid transaction then as Active Points shortly thereafter.


48. Do I need to let a participating retailer know I'm a member of MyArkansas Rewards?

No. MyArkansas Rewards is the totally hassle-free way to earn rewards, with the following features:

  • No ID card to present
  • No special coupons to redeem
  • No membership number to remember


49. When dining at a participating restaurant, can I get points for my guests dining with me?

Yes you can. You receive points based on the amount of your total dining bill, including the tax and tip. Simply make sure to pay for your table's entire bill with your registered card.


50. What happens to points earned through a purchase for a product or service that I later return?

Returned merchandise will generate a point reversal automatically posted to your MyArkansas Rewards account. Adjustments to your account may take up to 120 days, depending on the retailer.


51. What happens to my points earned through purchases made with merchants who later withdraw from the program?

Points earned through qualifying purchases will not be forfeited unless they are earned after the retailer has withdrawn from the program. Please regularly review retailer offers on MyArkansasRewards.com to ensure you are making the most of your purchases.


52. Why do some retailers' point offers differ from others?

Some participating retailers offer savings every day they are open. Others offer point earning opportunities that vary by day and/or time of day. Other retailers may limit the number of visits for which a benefit is offered. MyArkansas Rewards lists when each participating retailer is offering specific savings. Please sign in through the Member Portal to review the specific earning opportunities offered by each participating merchant.


53. What should I do if my online shopping session is interrupted?

Occasionally, you will be logged out of your MyArkansas Rewards account while shopping online. This can happen for a variety of reasons. First, MyArkansas Rewards protects your confidential account information when your account is inactive for an extended period of time by logging you out automatically. Second, you may experience an internet service provider or other interruption that automatically logs you out. You may still earn points for purchases you make through links from MyArkansas Rewards. Therefore, to ensure all your purchases earn MyArkansas Rewards Points, please log in again and shop from a link on the MyArkansas Rewards website.


54. When I make a purchase through MyArkansas Rewards, will I earn points for tax, shipping and handling?

Sometimes, it depends on the type of transaction. Points earned through online click-through are awarded for the subtotal of your purchase, excluding sales tax, shipping and handling. Points earned through registered card transactions will reflect the entire amount of your purchase including product, tax and tip if applicable.


55. Can I replace lost or stolen Certificate Grants?

No. Certificate Grants cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We suggest that you enter your certificate codes into your account as soon as they are earned.


56. Do I pay taxes on earned points?

Please check with a tax professional, the IRS and your local tax authorities to better understand the tax implications, if any, of participation in the MyArkansas Rewards program.


57. How are my points kept secure?

Yes, the MyArkansas Rewards program features a highly secure and redundant architecture that is resistant to both intentional and unintentional breaches. Although the Member Portal may be inactive for short periods for maintenance or upgrade from time to time, your membership information, transaction history and point balance are secure. 58. How is MyArkansas Rewards able to identify my transactions and make sure points are awarded properly?

MyArkansas Rewards tracks and awards point earning activities through three methods:

  • Online transactions at participating merchants are tracked through the use of cookies that enable MyArkansas Rewards to identify members who sign in to their accounts then proceed to partner websites.

Registered Card Program

59. What is the Registered Card Program?

The MyArkansas Rewards Registered Card Program offers members an easy way to accelerate their point earning opportunities. The Registered Card Program allows members to securely enter up to five Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® branded credit and or debit cards in their account on the Member Portal. When members use a registered card with a participating retail partner MyArkansas Rewards identifies the transaction and deposits points to the member MyArkansas Rewards account. Neither the member nor the merchant need to take any action to award your points. MyArkansas Rewards will never charge your credit/debit card or share, rent or sell your card information without your permission. Please view our Privacy Policy for additional information. 60. How do I register my credit and debit cards?

Registering your cards is easy. Just sign in to your MyArkansas Rewards account and select “Profile” from the navigation menu on the left. Enter your 16 digit card number and full name as it appears on your card then select the card type from the drop down menu. You may register up to five cards.


61. Which cards are eligible for registration with MyArkansas Rewards?

Any valid debit, credit or check card with the Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® logo is eligible.


62. Can I register my Visa® or MasterCard® branded debit or check card with MyArkansas Rewards?

Yes, our transaction matching system accepts credit, debit and check cards.


63. How many credit and debit cards can I register with MyArkansas Rewards?

Members may register a maximum of five cards with MyArkansas Rewards.


64. How do I change my registered debit and credit cards?

Sign in to your account through the Member Portal then select “Profile” from the left navigation menu. A list of your registered cards will appear. Select “Remove” next to any card you wish to unregister. If you want to add a card simply enter your 16 digit card number and full name as it appears on your card then select the card type from the drop down menu. You may register up to five cards.


65. Can I register my spouse's debit and credit cards?

Unfortunately, MyArkansas Rewards is not able to allow individuals with different names to register cards under the same account. We suggest establishing two separate accounts.


66. How soon after registering my cards may I begin using them to earn MyArkansas Rewards Points?

You may begin using your cards in as little as 24 hours after you have registered them.


67. How long does it take for points from matched transactions to be deposited to my account?

Please allow up to 20 business days for points earned through registered card transactions to appear in your account. If they do not arrive in 20 business days please contact support@myarkansasrewards.com with the transaction details including date, location, last four digits of your registered card and receipt.


68. I already earn points on my credit cards, will registering them with MyArkansas Rewards impact my rewards through my credit card issuer?

No, your existing point or mileage earnings will not be impacted by registering and using your cards with MyArkansas Rewards. For example, if you register your airline sponsored credit card and make a purchase at a MyArkansas Rewards participating retailer you will get the same mile per dollar reward on your card that you earned previously plus your per dollar earnings with MyArkansas Rewards!


69. Do I need to register a credit/debit card with MyArkansas Rewards to participate in the program?

No, members are not required to register their cards with MyArkansas Rewards. However, registering a credit or debit card makes earning points easier. MyArkansas Rewards' Registered Card Program provides members with an easy-to-use, automated point-earning tool that is secure and private.


70. How does MyArkansas Rewards keep my card information secure?

Member security and privacy are critically important to MyArkansas Rewards. We use a proven card processing technology developed by one of the top ten processors to manage all member card information. Our processor is a Visa® certified third-party processor (TPP) and holds a Visa® Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) certificate and is a MasterCard® Member Service Provider (MSP). MyArkansas Rewards representatives do not have access to member card information.


71. What happens to points earned through a registered card purchase that I later return?

Returned merchandise will generate a point reversal posted automatically to your MyArkansas Rewards account. Adjustments to your account may take up to 120 days, depending on the retailer.


72. How does MyArkansas Rewards know I have made an eligible purchase from a participating partner?

MyArkansas Rewards maintains a list of participating retailers and a list of registered cards that enable us to securely identify qualifying transactions and award members points. No specialized point of sale hardware or training is required for retailers and there are no coupons to carry or member numbers for members to remember.


73. Do I need to use my registered card(s) to earn points through online transactions?

It depends. Most online transactions do not require the use of a registered card in order to earn points but some do. However, 100% of in-store purchases with participating merchant partners require the use of a registered card to earn points. Members are encouraged to check the “Partners” section of the Member Portal to review point earning details and use their registered cards whenever possible.

Redeeming Points

74. What can I earn with my points?

You may redeem your MyArkansas Rewards Points for a wide variety of exciting awards. Please visit the member Portal regularly for the most up to date offers.

  • Entries in sweepstakes offering exclusive access to sporting events, television show tapings, concerts, trips and other special events
  • Station store items including gift cards from a variety of retailers, restaurants and other local and national retailers
  • Free merchandise, movie premieres, coupons, discount vouchers and other give-aways
MyArkansas Rewards members enjoy many special opportunities throughout the year from an ever growing collection of local and national merchants.


75. How do I redeem points?

Sign in to your account through the Member Portal, then click “Redeem Points” from the left navigation menu or select from one of the items on the home page. Redemption options are divided between Gift Cards, Station Store and Sweepstakes within the left navigation menu. Browse through the rewards until you find one that you want then select “Add to cart” or “Purchase”. When you have finished selecting all of the items, you can view your Shopping Cart by clicking on 'View cart' under the Shopping Cart Summary on the right side of the page. Follow the steps to complete your order. On the last step, click “Submit order” and your Points for this order will be deducted from your Point balance and moved into Reserved points. Once your items have shipped or the sweepstakes or other redemption option you have selected is complete, your Reserved Points will move to Posted Transactions.


76. Where do I pick up my redemption items?

After you select a redemption item you will receive a system generated email informing you that your item is ready to be picked up. Please pick up all redemption items, unless otherwise directed, from KARK/KARZ TV at 1401 West Capitol Ave, Little Rock, AR 72201. Please call ahead for hours of operation (501-340-4444) and bring your valid picture ID.

Please note, the foregoing applies only to items that members redeem with points, not for items purchased through MyArkansas Rewards' retail partners. All pick up, delivery and shipping arrangements for product purchases are organized through the seller, not MyArkansas Rewards.


77. How do sweepstakes work?

At any given time MyArkansas Rewards is running up to 20 sweepstakes for items as diverse as $25 gift cards, iPods, flat screen televisions and family trips. To enter a Sweepstakes, you must submit the required number of Points as specified on the Sweepstakes page found in the left navigation menu. Once you enter a sweepstakes your Points will be shown as Reserved in your account. Once the sweepstakes drawing has been completed your points will be deducted from Reserved and added to Points Earned. The number of Points required for an entry will be determined separately for each Sweepstakes. An entry will not be valid unless all of the required fields of the online entry form are completed and the information is valid. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified. Members may complete as many sweepstakes entries as they have points to enter.


78. How long will my gift card take to arrive?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your gift card to arrive. If it has not arrived within 20 business days send an email to support@myarkansasrewards.com and we will research its status.


79. How long will my gift card be valid?

Your gift card will remain valid for 6 months. It can be reinstated up to 12 months from the issue date for a fee. Please contact support@myarkansasrewards.com if your gift card is 6 to 12 months old and you wish to explore your reinstatement options.


80. Can I see a record of my past transactions?

Yes, you may review your account 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by signing-in to your account through the Member Portal and selecting “Transaction History” at the upper left corner of your screen.


81. Do my points have a dollar value?

No, MyArkansas Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash; however, they can be redeemed for merchandise, gift cards and unique prizes and opportunities available only through MyArkansas Rewards.


82. Can I donate my points?

This feature is not currently available.


83. Can I transfer points from my account to another active MyArkansas Rewards account?

MyArkansas Rewards does not allow the transfer of points between accounts.

Troubleshooting

84. Why won't the website allow me to enroll?

There are a number of possible reasons you are having difficulty enrolling:

  • All required fields on the Enrollment page must be filled out
  • You must be over 18 or older to enroll
  • You must be a U.S. resident with valid zip code in the Little Rock area
  • You should use one of our recommended web browsers MS Explorer 6 SP1 or 7, Mozilla Firefox 2 or Apple Safari 2

85. I did not receive a welcome email. What should I do?

There are several reasons you may not have received your welcome email:

  • Your spam filter or other software may have routed your welcome email to your spam or junk folder, please check there. If this has happened please add NoReply@myarkansasrewards.com, and support@myarkansasrewards.com to your approved or safe senders list.
  • There may have been a service interruption or other problem with the email while it was in transit. Please write to support@myarkansasrewards.com to request that a new message be sent.
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have identified your welcome email as junk and prevented its delivery. The most simple way to eliminate this problem is to access the Account page from the navigation menu on the left and change your email address. For example yahoo, gmail, Road Runner and aol email address all work well with the MyArkansas Rewards program.


86. What do I do if I forgot my password or user name?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link that appears in the Member Portal at sign in. Enter your email address and User Name associated with your account if you remember both. If you can remember only your User Name or only your email address, enter it and click “Submit.” Once you have done that, MyArkansas Rewards will send you a Reset Password email containing a link. Click on the link within that email, and you'll be taken to the Reset Password page. Create a new password and you will be ready to continue using the Member Portal.


87. Why can't I access my account online?

There are a number of possible reasons you are having difficulty accessing your account online:

  • Verify that you are using your current User Name and Password.
  • If you just registered, verify that you activated your account by clicking on the link in the welcome email.
  • Verify that you are using one of our recommended web browsers MS Explorer 6 SP1 or 7, Mozilla Firefox 2 or Apple Safari 2.
  • From time to time portions of our website are inactive for brief periods to facilitate system maintenance and upgrade. If you are unable to sign in and none of the above conditions apply, please try back in a few minutes.
  • Inactive accounts, those without earning or redemption activity for 12 months, cannot be accessed online. However, they can be reactivated under certain circumstances. Please email support@myarkansasrewards.com to find out more.
  • If you continue to have problems accessing your account online please email support@myarkansasrewards.com.


88. Why doesn't my online account reflect my point earnings or redemptions?

If you have earned or redeemed MyArkansas Rewards Points more than 20 business days ago and those transactions are not reflected in your account please email support@myarkansasrewards.com.

  • If you are missing Points earned from a purchase using a registered credit or debit card at a participating retailer, allow up to 20 business days for the Points to post to your account. Make sure the retailer still has an active promotion by checking the “Partners” page. If you still have not received the Points, send an email to support@myarkansasrewards.com with your User Name, Retailer name, date of purchase and type or attach a copy of the receipt showing the merchant, amount of purchase (itemizing taxes and tip if any), date and the specific method of payment.
  • If you are missing Points earned from Code entry, trivia, or survey please send an email to support@myarkansasrewards.com with your User Name, description of the missing Points and time you attempted to enter the code or complete the survey or trivia.
  • If you are missing Points from a Grant by the merchant (usually for large Point amounts) and have already entered the Grant code into your account on the Member Portal please send an email to support@myarkansasrewards.com with your User Name and the source and amount of Points.


89. Why can't I enter an auction or select a specific award?

The most common reason for being unable to enter a sweepstakes, auction or select a certain reward is that you have not earned a Point total sufficient to gain eligibility for that reward. If your Active Point balance does not meet or exceed the indicated number of Points required to select your desired reward then you have not accumulated enough Points to select that reward. Please note, Pending Points must convert to Active Points in order to make them eligible for use in redemptions.


90. Why didn't I receive any Points after I entered a Code?

There are several reasons that Codes can be rejected:

  • All Codes have an end date and time past which they are no longer valid. If you attempted to enter a Code after this end date and time, then you will receive a message stating that this Code is no longer valid.
  • You might have already entered this code and received the Points. You can check your “Transaction History” for details.
  • Some Codes may be valid only for a limited number of users (e.g. “The first 100 people to enter the code earn 100 Points”.)
  • The Code might be suspended for a period of time after which you will be able to enter the Code to earn the Points. Therefore, you may want to try again a few minutes later.


91. Why doesn't Member Support answer my email?

There are several reasons you may not have received a response from Member Support:

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for Member Support responses.
  • Your spam filter or other software may have routed your Member Support email to your spam or junk folder, please check there. If this has happened please add support@myarkansasrewards.com to your approved or safe senders list.
  • There may have been a service interruption or other problem while your response was in transit. Please write to support@myarkansasrewards.com if you do not receive a response within 48 hours.
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have identified your Member Support email as junk and prevented its delivery. The easiest way to eliminate this problem is to access the Account page from the navigation menu on the left and change your email address. 92. My online shopping session was interrupted. What should I do?

Occasionally, you will be logged out of your MyArkansas Rewards account while shopping online. This can happen for a variety of reasons. First, MyArkansas Rewards protects your confidential account information when your account is inactive for an extended period of time by logging you out automatically. Second, you may experience an internet service provider or other interruption that automatically logs you out. You may still earn points for purchases you make through links on MyArkansas Rewards. To ensure all your purchases earn MyArkansas Rewards Points, please log in again and shop from a link on the MyArkansas Rewards website.


93. I have a problem with a product I purchased through MyArkansas Rewards. Will MyArkansas Rewards help me resolve this problem?

If you have a problem with a product you have ordered through a MyArkansas Rewards partner please contact the retailer from which you purchased it.


94. I don't know how to assemble, install or use my new product purchased through MyArkansas Rewards. Can MyArkansas Rewards help me?

No. Please do not contact MyArkansas Rewards with product oriented questions as we do not have the expertise to address your product questions. Please contact the retailer from which you purchased the item or the product manufacturer directly.


95. Where do I pick up my redemption items?

After you select a redemption item you will receive a system generated email informing you that your item is ready to be picked up. On the rare occasions when MyArkansas Rewards does mail redemption items they must be shipped to a Little Rock area address.
