MyArkansas Rewards Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

3. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

5. To enter a MyArkansas Rewards Sweepstakes online, you must be a registered member of the MyArkansas Rewards program. Members are subject to the Member Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference and can be found at www.MyArkansasRewards.com. You must have already entered your valid name, address, daytime phone number, age and e-mail address in the profile section of www.MyArkansasRewards.com. Sweepstakes are open to MyArkansas Rewards members who are natural persons and legal residents of Arkansas. There is no cost to become a MyArkansas Rewards member or to enter. The Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to include the specific information relating to each Sweepstakes that can be found on the Sweepstakes Information Page (the "Sweepstakes Information Page").

6. The Sweepstakes shall begin on the start date and all entries must be placed and received within the period specified on the Sweepstakes Information Page (the "Sweepstakes Period"). MyArkansas Rewards may offer multiple Sweepstakes with a variety of Sweepstakes items for which we will select winners. To enter a Sweepstakes, you must submit the required number of Points as specified on the Sweepstakes Information Page, at which time the Points will be deducted from your account. The number of Points required for an entry will be determined separately for each Sweepstakes. An entry will not be valid unless all of the required fields of in the member's profile are completed and the information is valid. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified, except by MyArkansas Rewards.

7. Entries must be received prior to the last entry as indicated by 'Total Entries' equaling 'Entry Reserve' for each individual Sweepstakes Period as indicated on the Sweepstakes Information Page. Entrants must be legal residents of Arkansas, within the MyArkansas viewing area, and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of KARK/KARZ TV, Nexstar Broadcasting Inc., GreenLink Networks, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible. Winners of a prize from MyArkansas Rewards within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible.

8. One (1) winner for each Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period as listed on the Sweepstakes Information Page. All decisions of MyArkansas Rewards regarding winner selection are final. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone on or about the day AFTER the closing date of each Sweepstakes period. MyArkansas Rewards is not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. MyArkansas Rewards is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of MyArkansas Rewards to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or the Web site or any combination thereof. MyArkansas Rewards is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. MyArkansas Rewards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In the event of cancellation, the prizes may be awarded by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or the points may be returned to entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name the corresponding account is registered to. All decisions regarding the identity of the authorized registrant shall be made by MyArkansas Rewards in its sole discretion.

9. Prizes for Sweepstakes include only those items expressly listed on the Sweepstakes Information Page for the corresponding Sweepstakes. Any costs associated with the use or ownership of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value of each prize is specified on the Sweepstakes Information Page. No prize transfers are permitted. No prizes will be refunded or exchanged for cash. If a prize is unavailable, MyArkansas Rewards reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee express or implied by MyArkansas Rewards. MyArkansas Rewards disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or services accepted by the winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated the Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Entrants understand that MyArkansas Rewards is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of prize. MyArkansas Rewards is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Decisions of MyArkansas Rewards are final and binding in all respects.  No substitution of prizes is allowed except by MyArkansas Rewards. MyArkansas Rewards will determine if prizes will be mailed to winners or if they will be available for pick-up. For those prizes available for pick-up MyArkansas Rewards will inform winners by email or phone on or about the day AFTER the closing date of each Sweepstakes Period of the dates, times and location at which prizes will be available for pick-up. MyArkansas Rewards will not ship any prizes to addresses outside Arkansas.

10. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

11. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for  MyArkansas Rewards, KARK/KARZ TV, and GreenLink Networks to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding this Sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of MyArkansas Rewards, KARK/KARZ TV, GreenLink Networks and Nexstar Broadcasting Inc., without compensation unless prohibited by law.

12. Winner, and where applicable, travel companion, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Release of Publicity unless prohibited by law, within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim their prize, fails to comply with all rules, is unable to travel or attend event on prize date or fails to respond to the winner notification within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the winner is disqualified and the prize is forfeited. If forfeited, another winner will be selected at random from among the eligible entries.

13. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases MyArkansas Rewards, KARK/KARZ TV, Nexstar Broadcasting Group,  and GreenLink Networks, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

16. Members are protected by the MyArkansas Rewards Member Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and can be found at www.MyArkansasRewards.com. If you choose to participate in a MyArkansas Rewards Sweepstakes, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you including name, address, daytime phone number, age and e-mail address. Participation in these activities is entirely voluntary. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO SHARE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION. We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes. We may also use this information to better personalize your MyArkansas Rewards program experience. We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys, contests and Sweepstakes. That company is prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
